Recently I received 2 waterfront listings and both have seen lots of action and moved quickly and received contracts within 3 weeks.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The St Petersburg Waterfront Home real estate market keeps moving at a fast pace even if the property needs to be remodeled or demolished and rebuilt.  Deep water property goes for more  due to the fact any size boat can be docked.  And what is keeping this part of the market hot? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The limitation that there is no more buildable waterfront land and the lack of dock space as condo's continue to pop up everywhere.
